The 'No Surprises Act' and Good Faith Estimate for
Healthcare Costs and Services and Fees

In compliance with the 'No Surprises Act' that went into effect on January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to notify clients of their Federal rights and protections against “surprise billing.”
It is a Federal requirement that I inform each client of their right to a Good Faith Estimate of the overall cost of their therapy services.
